The Ministry of Health, Wellness and Elderly Affairs wishes to inform the public of the continued closure of the Castries Wellness Centre from Tuesday 19 December, 2023. This closure is necessary to ensure a healthy environment for clients and staff.
As a result of the closure, clients are encouraged to utilize their nearest Wellness Centre for care.
While clinic days remain the same as previously conducted at the Castries Wellness Center, some specialist clinics have been redirected to other Wellness Centers as follows:

The Ministry of Health will inform the public on the resumption of the Diabetic Retinopathy Clinic and the Colposcopy services, once delivered through the Castries Wellness Center.
