MATCHES in Div. II of the Saint Lucia Football Association [SLFA] Inc. Club Championships continued on Tuesday at the Dennery Playing Field.
DCYO with a brace from MaKaay Emile in the 37th and 73rd minutes edged out VSADC 2 – 1. Shaquille Degazon scored in the 19th min to give VSADC the lead, but the Dennery-based team fought back strongly to win the game.
Also, in Div. II action, Lancers FC defeated Faith United 3 – 2. Scoring for Lancers were, Jasper Williams 27th, Junior Hunter 53rd and Nathan Lamontine in the 72nd minutes.
Zadel Dusauzay with a penalty in the 74th minute and Dhirv Jn. Baptiste netted in the 80th minute for Faith United.
In a Div. I match at the Micoud Playing Field, Victory Eagles defeated GMC 4 – 1, with goals from Bobby Emmanuel 53rd, Paulson Joseph 55th, and H. Mathurin 73rd minutes and in the fifth minute of added on time.
Bradely Tommy scored for GMC in the 52nd minute.
Meanwhile, Platinum defeated Uptown Rebels 1-0, with a goal scored by Gregson President in the 51st minute.
