At the 21st RHAC Invitational Swim Meet twelve (12) age group records and two (2) National records were broken.
Age group records were set by Naima Hazell two (2), D’Andre Blanchard one (1), and Tristan Dorville nine (9).
The National Records were both set by fourteen-year-old Tristan Dorville in the Male 200 Fly – 2:12.58 and Male 400 IM – 4:49.84.
Previously, the Male 200 Fly was held by Jayhan Odlum-Smith at Blandin Grand Prix in 2019 with time of 2:17.08 and the Male 400 IM 5:02.68 Ethan Dyke-Elliott at Alex Baumann Invitational in 2017 with a time of 5:02.68.
Tristan is now preparing to compete at this year’s staging of the CARIFTA Swim Championships in Barbados on April 16 – 18, 2022.
Team Saint Lucia leaves for Barbados on Thursday 14th.
