FLOW and NWU Conclude Negotiations

The Management of FLOW and officials from the National Workers Union (NWU) have concluded yet another industrial agreement.

The new contract makes provisions for a 4.5% general wage increase in Year Two.

The parties will meet later and based on the economic situation, establish a wage settlement for the third year of the agreement.  A regime of fringe benefits, which include Paternity Leave, Uniforms and Meal Allowances among others, will also form part of the new arrangement.

It is expected that the new contract will be signed shortly.

Meanwhile, negotiations between G4S Secure Solutions Limited and the National Workers Union have begun.
