The first in these series of meetings was held in early March between SGI’s St Lucia team and the newest broker on the roster Deldridge Flavius, Managing Director and owner of Client Solutions Insurance Brokers in St Lucia. The team presented on the gamut of products offered by Sagicor General and provided details on support provided to brokers who present the benefits of SGI’s offering to potential customers. Deborah Raoul, Assistant Manager, EC Operations said, “In St Lucia, brokers account for 50 per cent of the market share of persons who purchase insurance products, so it is imperative that they understand in detail all aspects of what SGI offers and the benefits which accrue to clients who choose Sagicor.”

Mr Flavius of Client Solutions Insurance Brokers agreed, stating that “Brokers are seeking the best solution for any potential customer so any changes or value added to any insurance product offering must be communicated in a timely fashion. I’m happy to be working with the Sagicor team and this was a very productive seminar. The value of insurance protection to individuals and businesses could never be overstated, so this is a welcome addition to the products which I am able to speak about to my clients.”
