THE island’s leading telecommunications company, Flow, has once again paid tribute to the hard work and dedication of team members. The company honoured nine team members at a Long Service Awards Ceremony held on August 22, 2019 at their Head Office.
Company officials say the annual event grants Flow the opportunity to show gratitude to those employees who have contributed significantly to the company’s ability to deliver quality products and efficient services to its valued customers. Team members employed for 10, 15 and 30 years were presented with attractive rewards, according to their length of service.
Flow has continued to embrace the culture of celebrating its team members and says acknowledging employees’ loyalty, commitment and exceptional performance is the key to maintaining a motivated workforce.
