PRESS RELEASE – IT’S that time of year again when the familiar ringing of bells are heard at a number of well populated areas island-wide.
The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Drive is an annual initiative typically carried out during the Christmas and New Year Season.
The drive encourages the public to remember what the season is about – sharing and giving to those less fortunate by contributing towards assisting the needy during a time when most are celebrating.
Join the Salvation Army as they launch their 2018 Kettle Drive and highlight the goals for this year’s drive as well as how last year’s kettle drive has assisted persons in our communities.
This year’s drive will be launched on Thursday November 1 at the CIBC FirstCaribbean Rodney Bay Branch in Gros Islet.
