CUL de SAC once again comes alive tomorrow (Sunday July 29th) from 1:30 p.m. as Motocross riders prepare to show-off their newly-acquired skills and techniques on the freshly-groomed track.

All ‘bragging rights’ will be laid to rest as riders from all classes have a point to prove.

In the pee-wee class, there will be a new addition with a rider from Martinique who will be gracing our shores to compete.

The organizers are networking with other Motocross clubs in the region with the aim of making St Lucia a Motocross hub.

So far, Martinique and Guadeloupe have expressed interest and we are hoping to build on it, especially during public and summer holidays.

Tomorrow’s race will be an interesting one.

The first place leaders in pee-wee –Alpha Burt, class ‘B’ Jah-Mallen Alcindor and class ‘A’ Oswald Simon — will remain the same if they continue on their winning streak.

The points difference, on the other hand, between 2nd and 3rd place positions are minimal and can easily change with any rider making a better podium finish — a difference in trophy size and placement.

All is in place for tomorrow’s race, which is expected to be filled with the usual energy and excitement from riders, supporters and spectators.
