THE final of the Saint Lucia National Cricket Association Alicia John T20 competition featuring defending champions South Castries and Choiseul will be played today at the La Ressource playing field from 2:00 p.m.
Preceding the final will be the third place playoff between Laborie and Gros Islet from 10:00 a.m.
Meanwhile, a squad of 18 ladies has been invited to training in preparation for the 2017 Windward Islands Women’s Tournament scheduled for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines from March 31 to April 3.
The squad is as follows – Solange Aubert, Roylin Cooper, Allyah Alfred and Nicole St.Prix (Choiseul), Abigail Alexander, Wyona Emmanuel, Sugie Emmanuel and Ferdil Joseph (Laborie), Paulina Francis, Nerissa Crafton, Ashlene Edward, Krishna Joseph and Maria David (South Castries), Marlene Preville, Qiana Joseph, Malika Edward, Gemma Bridgit and Swayline William (Gros Islet).
The players selected are to attend a meeting on Monday from 4:30 p.m. at the Mindoo Phillip Park.
