THE St. Lucia National Lottery has just made its first big Power Play payout for the year in an exciting cheque presentation at the main office in the Gablewoods Mall.

Pedriel, who was accompanied by her daughter and brother to collect the payment, said she is beyond happy and excited by her win.
She said although she does not play often, she is happy that she made the decision to try her luck when she did.
When asked about her plans for her winnings, Pedriel said: “I don’t have plans yet but maybe when I get the money I will know what plans to make.”
Draws and Marketing Officer, Solange Aimable said the team at SNL are always happy and excited to make such payouts.
She said the company has recorded a notable increase in Power Play sales and winnings: “We’ve been having a lot of St. Lucians winning as of late. It starts at $1,500 but it grows up until somebody wins it. So this is the first win for the year and it is an exciting one for us.”
