BONNE Terre Preparatory Students were the runaway winners of the 15th annual Grow Well General Knowledge Quiz sponsored by The Landings.

Third place was a tie between Montessori School, represented by Mendel Nathaniel and Alysa Elliott and Grande Riviere’s Angelique Richardson and De’Andre Calderon. Monchy’s Arden Rosemond and Jayden Joseph and Gros Islet’s Gabriel Felix and Breanna McVane rounded out the competition.
Open to schools in the north of the island, the quiz tests knowledge in history, culture, academics, current events, spirituality, science and entertainment and has been a major event on the calendar for Grade Six students preparing for Common Entrance exams.
The event was supported by The Landings, Digicel, Rainforest Sky Rides, Touch Therapies Day Spa, 1000 Words Media, Caribbean Cinemas, Bay Gardens Beach Resorts and the Rotary Club of Gros Islet.
Due to the generous support received, every contestant went home with an identical prize and the winners got a trophy for their school and a tablet each.
