Digicel Marketing / Communication Executive, Louise Victor said: “Digicel is very excited to be partnering with Northern United Football Club for this inaugural tournament. By all indications and based on what was mentioned before, club football is something that is dying. For its longevity, not only in Gros Islet but throughout the length and breadth of St. Lucia, it is a tournament like this that will foster that type of growth for the sport, for us investing in this tournament and the value that it holds not only for the communities where the games will be played, but the benefits the players will reap as well.”
