CENTRAL Castries and Desruisseaux nosed ahead of their opponents in the opening round of the 2016 Blackheart Production St. Lucia Football Association play-offs that kicked off last Sunday 14.
At the Desruisseaux Playing Field, the home team defeated Mon Repos 1 – 0, a goal courtesy Brad Bideau in the 84th minute.
In the day second encounter, Central Castries travelled to Choiseul and handed the home team a 1 – 0 defeat, the goal scorer for Central Castries, Zachary Le Riche.
The play-offs continue tomorrow from 6:00 p.m. when the SLFA Under -20 team takes on Desruisseaux at the Micoud playing field
