The campaign tagged ‘This is How We Flow’ was launched on Monday. The company celebrated its first in-store promotion at the Flow Blue Coral Retail Centre with great fanfare and lots of excitement as customers were greeted by Santa’s helpers and treated with fruit cake and sorrel!
The Flow Christmas campaign features as its main customer promotion a series of weekly draws where persons stand to win a 40 inch Smart HDTV, grocery vouchers and free service for one year when they sign up for a broadband package or Flow’s digital video service.
Said a company statement: “Let the connections flow as customers also enjoy free installation and will receive a free modem when they sign up for Flow’s broadband service, just in time for online shopping and staying in touch with friends and family the world over this festive season”.
Customers signing up for digital video service can let the binge watching flow with the latest films, award winning TV series and old classic movies with the HBO movie package free for three months.
Shermalyn Sidonie-John, Flow’s Sales, Marketing & Communications Manager said the company is extending these special offers for the holiday season to ensure that customers consistently get the value they expect from Flow, and to show appreciation for their loyalty.
