IN Castries FLOW Lancers FC and VSADC registered convincing wins over the weekend in the CFC SLFA Registration Tournament.

On Sunday afternoon reigning CFC Super League champions FLOW Lancers scored a comfortable 4-1 victory over Valley Soccer.

This win places FLOW Lancers FC at the top of the table with maximum points from two matches.

In the other game on Sunday VSADC eased past Sunrisers FC 5-0.

On Saturday NYAH registered a walk-over in their match against FC Pioneers.

Action resumes tomorrow when NYAH take on Police at the SAB Playing facility.

At Marchand , The Philip J Pierre competition continued over the weekend. In Group B, Boulevard beat Marchand 18 and under 1-0.

In Group A, Pavee United and Flames United played to a 1-1 draw.

On Sunday, top of Group B Big Players were upset by Sandals 1-0.

Toughest SC (1st in Group A) beat 3rd placed Young Veterans 4-0.

At Gros Islet – The Promotional Competition continued on Sunday at the Corinth Playing Field where Super J Northern United beat Monchy 7-0.

The second game featured GMC depated Dominators 1-0.

Anse La Raye – 1987 All Stars defeated foundations FC 2-1.

On Saturday Allez and Young Stars played to a hard fought 1-1 draw.

The U-18 (development team) defeated Lion Hearts 5-3.

In the final game for the weekend Apollo got the better of veterans 2-1.

The Dennery Playing Field came alive with the Plante’s Place Senior Football competition on Saturday. On the Rock Strikers had the better of Seria 4-2.

On Sunday Piton Travel Young Stars defeated White House 2 -0.

In Mon Repos – Senior Club Football competition continued on Saturday with Grass Street Sports Club beating Lumbard Youth and Sports Club 6-2.

On Sunday, Bordelais Correctional defeated Challengers Sports Club 1 – 0.

In Desruisseaux the quarter final round of the registration league was completed on Sunday. TiRocher FC and Lionheart booked the last two semifinal places by recording victories over Rising Stars and La Cour Ville respectively.

In the first game of Sunday’s double header, Lionheart eased past neighbours La Cour Ville, 3 – 0.
In the second game of the day, the winner had to be decided from the penalty spot after goalless regulation time. TiRocherFC, edged past the league champions Rising Stars 2-1 on penalties.
