THE Ministry of Commerce, Business Development, Investment and Consumer Affairs in collaboration with the Caribbean development Bank – Caribbean Technological Consultancy Services (CDB/CTCS) Network is to launch a training programme aimed at improving the capacity of Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Saint Lucia.
The training fails within the mandates of the Ministry and CDV/CTCS Network to enhance private sector capacity to exploit the many opportunities offered within the local, regional and international markets.
A four day workshop in computerised management accounting systems for MSMEs will be facilitated by the Ministry of Commerce conducted by CDB/CRCS Network Consultants from Monday, April 20, 2015 – Thursday, April 23, 2015 at the ICT Centre – Bourbon Street, Castries from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.
The workshop will comprise hands-on-training to assist MSMEs with a greater understanding of various financial reports and information generated in the use of Quickbooks.
