The community of Pavee was this afternoon (Wednesday August 11) plunged into mourning as one man, “Tappy” is feared dead after he was shot.
Amateur video footage obtained by The Voice shows the man lying face down on the ground and a visibly upset woman being consoled by residents as she continuously asked “why was he shot?”
This is the second shooting in a week as the island’s law enforcement valiantly attempt to curb the level of gun violence.
