A’ILA Resorts: A Unique Gem Atop Mount Pimard

Local media representatives recently undertook an inclusive tour of the A’ILA Resorts property at Mount Pimard, Rodney Bay, Gros Islet, and received an insightful overview into the ongoing works at the location.

Under the guidance of the Resorts management personnel, the tour party took in the view from further atop the hill and the surrounding vicinity to the waterfront area. The construction of a jetty at that site to accommodate visiting yachts people will feature in the project.

Though not yet fully completed, the functional departments and services at the property offer guests an extraordinary selection of food and drinks, complemented with a warm and endearing hospitality.

The three distinct resort components making up the A’ILA Resorts compound at Mt. Pimard include:

-TheLifeCo Well-being (TheLifeCo Wellness Center), the Aila Palm Family-Hotel, and the Aila Cove Adult-only Hotel.

– TheLifeCo Well-being: A holistic wellness and detox retreat offering specialized health programs, spa therapies, and yoga.

– Aila Palm Family-Hotel: A family-friendly luxury accommodation option on the property.

– Aila Cove Adult-only Hotel: An adults-only luxury hotel experience within the master-planned development.

The property entails various sections, and one of the primary features is the Blue Zone Boulevard Residences on the same property, which will accommodate 59 condominiums, with 100 convenient stores in the Retail Centre, including 28 high-end brands, restaurants, and other amenities.
Another area under construction will house 200 units, inclusive of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments.

Ipek Ayhan, in-house real estate sales agent at Aila Resorts, explained that the project began about 15 months ago, and currently two phases have been completed, the Life Co and the Blue Zone Residencies.

The property occupies approximately 120 acres, with over 2, 000 units. Guests at the resorts have access to all amenities on property, which will include a Spa Centre; Zenith – a conference centre with the capacity to accommodate over 2,000 people and will also feature an Arts Gallery Centre.

Rainwater harvesting is a priority component on the compound, storing in excess of 2 million gallons of water; solar panels will also be integrated into the project.

“We have a responsibility to provide water and electricity for our guests …without any hesitation (difficulty),” Ikel asserted.

Specific luxury collections and architectural concepts classify the private residential offerings on the A’ILA Resorts compound at Mount Pimard. Rather than individual personal names, the key villa types and named luxury estates planned for the development include:

– Blue Zone Villas: Exclusive 4-bedroom estates designed for indoor-outdoor living, complete with private pools and sea-view terraces.

– Dream Villas: Spacious 6-bedroom hillside properties maximizing panoramic ocean views with open-plan layouts.

– Azure Villa: A striking, ultra-modern masterwork within the Seven Wonders collection characterized by bold geometry and expansive glass framing.
