Bankers Association of Saint Lucia Announces the Passing of Executive Member: Nancy Joseph

PRESS RELEASE — The Bankers Association of Saint Lucia with deepest regret, wishes to inform all members and stakeholders of the passing of an Executive Member, Ms. Nancy Joseph, Executive Secretary.

Ms. Joseph served as the Human Resource Manager of Saint Lucia Development Bank and for the past eight months, served the Association with dedication in the capacity of Executive Secretary.

She was a wonderful, warm-hearted and good-spirited individual who built strong and lasting relationships with those around her. During her tenure with the Association, she represented the organization in numerous consultations and engagements, particularly in matters relating to advocacy on behalf of financial institutions.

She served in her role with commitment and professionalism and developed a wonderful rapport with her team and the wider Association membership. She consistently contributed to the objectives of the Association and played an important role in helping to advance its mandate.

Ms. Joseph was prompt and diligent in disseminating information to all members, ensuring that important matters were communicated in a timely manner. She was dependable and could always be relied upon to ensure that the affairs of the Association were properly attended to.

Her soft, pleasant and reassuring tone, together with her kindness and genuine concern for others, made her a joy to work with and a valued member of the Association. She will be fondly remembered for her many contributions to the Association and to the financial system. The qualities she brought to her work and relationships are truly irreplaceable.

Words cannot adequately express the depth of our grief at her passing. Her kindness, warmth and generosity of spirit will remain in our hearts forever.

The Bankers Association extends its deepest condolences to Ms. Joseph’s family, friends, colleagues and the wider membership of the Bankers Association. During this difficult time, we hope that the cherished memories of her life, service and the many good times shared with her will bring comfort, strength and peace to all who mourn her loss.
