Saint Lucia Prepares Squad for CFU Boys Under 14 Challenge Series

Saint Lucia is gearing up to select a representative National Boys Under 14 team, with a Training Camp scheduled from July 24 to August 8 in Dennery, in preparation for the upcoming CFU Boys Under 14 Challenge Series in the Dominican Republic.

The Saint Lucia Football Association (SLFA) Inc. has requested the cooperation of local Football Leagues in releasing selected players to participate in the training programs.

– Saint Lucia vs. Grenada – Sunday, August 16 – 12:00 PM
– Saint Lucia vs. US Virgin Islands – Monday, August 17 – 1:30 PM
– Saint Lucia vs. Suriname – Wednesday, August 19 – 11:30 AM

In addition, the SLFA Inc. continues to advance its development programs by hosting a Coaching C Licence Certificate Course starting on Friday, July 24, at its Conference Room in La Clery

This course will accommodate 17 participants from across the island and will run until September 2026. It will be divided into two blocks—Formative and Summative—where coaches will be assessed and mentored in their own environments while engaging with their teams or clubs.

For the first time, the course will be facilitated by local Coach Educators Nineva Charles and Terrance Caroo, following Saint Lucia’s successful acceptance into the Concacaf Coaches Education Convention.

An Opening Ceremony held on Friday, July 24, saw the presentation of Coaching Certificates to coaches who completed the program in 2025.
