
The Micoud Youth and Sports Council is proud to announce the election of its new Executive Committee for the 2026- 2028 term. On February 15th 2026, a dynamic group of young leaders with a commitment to youth empowerment, sports development and community advancement within the district of Micoud, was elected.
The Executive was duly elected by 16 affiliated clubs, represented by a total of 44 delegates, a clear representation of strong community participation and support.
The newly elected Executive Committee comprises a full complement of eight members.
2026 Executive Committee:
● President – Brianna Daniel
● 1st Vice President – Dhre Dornelly
● 2nd Vice President – Samuel Vital
● General Secretary – Katlynne Charles
● Assistant Secretary – Jordan Joseph
● Treasurer- Nakia Brittney Mauthrin
● Assistant Treasurer – Jasmine James
● Public Relations Officer – Kenser Marcellin
The new Executive Committee is focused on advancing key priorities for the upcoming term including:
● Promoting youth leadership and empowerment initiatives
● Strengthening sports programs and community tournaments
● Enhancing collaborations with schools, clubs and local stakeholders
● Fostering transparency, accountability and inclusive representation
Vision Statement: To promote excellence in youth development and foster meaningful community impact.
Mission Statement: To provide structured opportunities that nurture youth talent, build character and strengthen community.
The council looks forward to working alongside community members, partner organizations, and stakeholders to deliver impactful programs and initiatives throughout their tenure.
