On Saturday (February , 21) , as part of this year’s 47 th Independence Anniversary celebrations, the Rotary Club of Gros Islet will host its Annual Charity Golf Tournament, “Swing for a Cause,” in support of community development, an initiative that has been ongoing since 1994.
The Rotary Club of Gros Islet is proud to announce this highly anticipated tournament, a flagship fundraising event that has made a meaningful difference in Saint Lucia for over three decades.
This tournament brings together corporate partners, avid golfers, and community champions under one shared purpose: supporting community development, youth initiatives, and humanitarian projects across the island.
Organizers describe the event as more than just a day on the greens; it embodies Rotary’s guiding principle of Service Above Self.
Proceeds from the tournament will directly fund impactful programs, including educational support, youth empowerment initiatives, health outreach efforts, and community improvement projects that positively affect lives throughout the north and beyond.
The Rotary Club of Gros Islet continues to build on its proud legacy by creating opportunities for businesses and individuals to contribute meaningfully while enjoying fellowship, healthy competition, and community spirit.
Participants can expect a professionally organized tournament experience, strong networking opportunities, and the satisfaction of knowing that every swing contributes to a greater cause.
The Club warmly invites corporate sponsors, teams, and individual golfers to join this long-standing tradition of service and excellence.
Because when we swing together, we uplift communities together.
