Personnel from the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force (RSLPF) are actively involved in providing aid to islands recently affected by Hurricane Beryl through the Caribbean Disaster Relief Unit (CDRU).
Superintendent of Police Stephen Victorin and Assistant Superintendent of Police Charlotte Thomas from the RSLPF are among the officers mobilising support as part of CDRU to assist Grenada and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
The officers, currently, are on the ground in Grenada, one of the hardest-hit territories. Officers from the Saint Lucia Fire Service are also assisting with the rehabilitation works.
