Batting first, Babonneau put on a batting masterclass, piling up an imposing 253 for 4 in 20 overs. Khan Elcock led the charge with a blistering 79 off 43 balls, while Shervon Joseph added a rapid 65 from just 27 deliveries. The Leatherbacks’ aggressive stroke play kept the scoreboard racing and the Choiseul bowlers under constant pressure.
In response, Choiseul struggled to keep up with the required run rate and were bowled out for 112 in 13.2 overs. Jason Simon top-scored with 35 off 15 balls, while David Livingstone contributed 65 from 27 deliveries.
