Today, the Beausejour Indoor Facility (BIF) will come alive as it hosts the grand finale of the Department of Youth Development and Sports Under-19 Schools Volleyball Championships.

In the girls’ division, Micoud Secondary School, fresh off a stunning comeback against Vieux Fort Comprehensive Secondary School, will face Sir Arthur Lewis Community College, which overcame defending champions St. Joseph’s Convent in a thrilling three-set match.

The bronze medal contest will feature St. Joseph’s Convent going up against Vieux Fort Comprehensive Secondary School.

On the boys’ side, Sir Arthur Lewis Community College, who narrowly defeated Leon Hess Comprehensive Secondary School, will compete against St. Mary’s College, victors over Soufriere Comprehensive. This matchup promises to be an electrifying battle.

Soufriere Comprehensive and Leon Hess Comprehensive will square off for the bronze medal.

The semifinals were marked by grit, determination, and tight sets, leaving fans on the edge of their seats.
