The 2026 Investiture Ceremony, a distinguished national occasion that honours outstanding Saint Lucians for their exceptional achievements and invaluable contributions to national development, will take place this Sunday at Government House under the patronage of Governor General, His Excellency Sir Cyril E.M. Charles.
The Investiture Ceremony remains one of the most prestigious events on Saint Lucia’s national calendar – a proud celebration of service, excellence and patriotism, recognising citizens whose dedication, talent and sacrifice have helped shape and strengthen the nation.
From community leadership to professional accomplishment, honourees represent the very best of Saint Lucia.
Members of the public are encouraged to watch and show their support for these deserving fellow countrymen and countrywomen by tuning in to the live broadcast from 3:00 p.m. on the National Television Network (NTN), which will also be relayed on participating media channels.
This year’s ceremony holds added significance, as it will bring the curtain down on Independence 47 celebrations under the theme: “Douvan Ansanm; Nourishing Our People, Strengthening Our Nation.” It is a fitting culmination of a season of national pride, reflection and celebration.
Saint Lucians at home and abroad are encouraged to join the broadcast and be part of this uplifting moment of national recognition. By tuning in, the public will not only witness a ceremony of great dignity and prestige, but also stand in solidarity with the men and women whose contributions continue to enrich the life of our country.
