Maintenance Services – Various Systems
To: All Qualified Contractors
Subject: Invitation to Express Interest in Tendering for Maintenance Contracts
We invite suitably qualified and experienced contractors to express interest in tendering for the provision of maintenance services at various Commercial Establishments. The work is to be carried out in accordance with industry standards, safety regulations, and the specific requirements outlined below.
Scope of Works
1. Plumbing Services – General Plumbing and Wastewater Treatment (WWT) Plant
o Routine inspection and maintenance of the wastewater treatment system.
o Routine inspection and maintenance of commercial and office washrooms.
o Servicing pumps, valves, and control panels.
o Clearing blockages, checking discharge lines, and monitoring water quality.
o Emergency response for breakdowns or malfunctions.
o Submission of maintenance logs after each service.
2. Air Conditioning Systems
o Preventative and corrective maintenance of all air conditioning units.
o Cleaning and replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and testing system efficiency.
o Servicing of both split and central systems.
o Prompt response to breakdowns and periodic reporting on system condition.
3. Commercial Electrical Systems
o General low voltage electrical maintenance including lighting, panels, outlets, and control systems.
o Routine inspection, testing, and repair of electrical installations.
o Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards.
o Immediate response to any electrical faults or hazards identified.
4. Roof Maintenance
o Inspection and maintenance of the roof structure and coverings.
o Clearing drains, gutters, and downpipes.
o Identifying and repairing leaks or damage to waterproofing and flashing.
o Providing reports with photographic evidence of completed works and any recommendations.
Requirements for Expression of Interest
Interested contractors must provide:
• Company profile and proof of registration.
• Evidence of relevant experience
• Evidence of technical competence.
• List of key personnel to be assigned to the project.
• List of tools and equipment.
• Evidence of financial capability (management accounts or letters of credit from financial institution).
• Three (3) References from previous clients.
• Safety Policy/ Safety Plan.
• Insurance.
