PRESS RELEASE — Duty Free Caribbean Holdings is proud to announce the official launch of Marley Fragrances, an evocative new scent line inspired by the life, music and during legacy of Bob Marley. The launch will take place this Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Castries Duty Free, Pointe Seraphine.
Inspired by Marley’s timeless messages of love, peace, and unity, the debut collection features six scents — Satisfy My Soul, Lights Down Low, Place of Peace, Mellow Mood, Soul Rebel, and Simmer Down — crafted by world-renowned perfumers from Givaudan and Firmenich.
Each fragrance blends natural ingredients sourced from Jamaica — such as mango, hibiscus, basil, star apple, and cinnamon — with Mood-Enhancing Technology designed to stimulate specific emotions: love-inspired scents evoke happiness, peace fragrances promote relaxation, and unity fragrances uplift and energize.
Launch Day Highlights:
– Doors open at 9:00 AM
– Main activities from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM: Live DJ, Marley-themed cocktails and mocktails, giveaways and fragrance sampling
