On Wednesday, September 11, 2024, around 7:00 p.m., the Dennery Police Station received a report of a stabbing incident at La Pointe, Dennery, resulting in the death of 53-year-old Pascal Justin.
Following investigations, 24-year-old Peter Lance Joseph from New Field, Dennery, was arrested in connection with the homicide.
On Friday, September 13, 2024, officers from the Dennery Police Station formally cautioned and charged Peter Lance Joseph with the murder of Pascal Justin.
Peter Lance Joseph was then escorted to the Magistrate’s Court for a bail application. After the application, he was remanded to the Bordelais Correctional Facility.
