
THE Ministry of Youth Development and Sports 2024 Under-19 School Volleyball tournament continues with much vigour and excitement, at the Vigie Multi-Purpose Sports Complex.
In the latest updates three schools emerged victorious, Soufriere Comprehensive Secondary School (SCSS), St. Joseph’s Convent (SJC), and St. Mary’s College (SMC).
In the female category, SCSS defeated LHCSS 25-24, 25-16; and SJC won against VFCSS 25-8, 25-5.
In the male category, SCSS defeated LHCSS 25-20, 25-21, and SMC won against VFCSS 25-12, 25-10.

In the opening round matches, on February 14; Female – SJC and LHCSS were victorious, while SMC and LHCSS won in the male group.
In other matches SCSS won over CCSS in straight sets in both the male and female matches.
