IDG and USAID Host Stakeholder Workshop in Saint Lucia

THE U.S. Government through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in partnership with International Development Group LLC (IDG), is organizing a stakeholder workshop in Saint Lucia to discuss proposed activities under the Caribbean Business Enabling Environment Reform (CBEE-R) Activity. The workshop will take place on Wednesday 13, September 2023, at the Ixora Conference Room, Bay Gardens Inn. Participants of this workshop will consist of government officials and representatives of the private sector.

The workshop aims to engage stakeholders in discussions on the activities prioritized for Saint Lucia under two of CBEE-R Activity’s result areas. These result areas include improving conditions for firm access to finance and establishing or enhancing effective Public-Private Dialogue.

This workshop presents an invaluable opportunity for participants to provide feedback, propose modifications, and contribute to the implementation of these activities. USAID and IDG also aim to foster close collaboration with the Government of Saint Lucia and the Private Sector to support interventions that strengthen the business enabling environment and promote robust private sector-led economic growth.
