SAINT Lucia Under-20 women Volleyballers will be in action this weekend at the Eastern Caribbean Volleyball Association (ECVA) Zonal Championship scheduled to take place in (Dutch) St. Eustatius.
The eight-member team is led by Chenoa Evans of Le Club and she will have alongside side her Tenayestlgni Joseph (Le Club) and Zadie St. Louis (South Stars) who recently return to the island after finishing second at the Junior Olympic Beach Volleyball qualifier in Antigua and Barbuda.
The remainder of the squad: Nasha Frederick (Le Club), Abigail Charles (Phoenix 758), Tia Marquis (Le Club), Denela Prospere (DSP) and Amalia Louis (Le Club).
In St. Eustatius, the team will be under the watchful eyes of coach Joseph Clercent and managed by Emmy Vitalis.
Saint Lucia will battle it out against the British Virgin Islands, Antigua and Barbuda and host St. Eustatius at the Earl Merkman Sports Hall.
