The Management of Royal Bank of Canada and officials from the National Workers Union (NWU) met at the St. Lucia Employers Federation Thursday to discuss a Memorandum of Proposals submitted by the Union.
Representatives from the Bank took the opportunity to present their counter proposals to the union.
The leadership of the NWU and shop stewards from the Bank will meet to have a consultation on the company’s offer. This will be followed by another meeting of the NWU and the Bank to continue negotiations in January 2016.
