GMC United and Super J Northern United have both booked their places into the final of the Gros Islet Football League District Representative and St. Lucia National Lottery Invitational Football Tournament.
In the two semi finals played on Sunday at the Gros Islet playing field, the two teams scored a combined 12 goals to defeat Dominators and Beausejour FC respectively.
In the first semi finals GMC United led 1 – 0 at the half time whistle a goal courtesy of Brendon Auguste in the 30th minute. The second half saw more goals from GMC United, Rohan Lambert in the 51st minute, Selwyn Boyce in the 59th minute and JaylanGustave in the 88th minute giving GMC United the win over Dominators Youths 4-0.
In the second semi final Super J Northern drubbed Beausejour 8-0.
