THE Castries Cricket Association has congratulated its Assistant Secretary/Treasurer Miss Alicia John for her lifetime achievement award conferred by the Ministry of Youth Development and Sports during the 35th annual sports awards ceremony last Friday.
Miss John has served the sport of cricket for many decades and continues to be an active executive member of the Castries Cricket Association.
“ Her dedication and discipline have been undisputed and her recognition is richly deserved, “ President of the Castries Cricket Association, Ryan O’ Brian said in a statement.
“ Miss John has earned the respect and admiration of all affiliated teams in the Castries area and is an integral force in the execution of competitions and events in the Castries basin,” he added.
