ONE of the island’s leading internet service providers is appealing to its customers to continue to bear with it as it tries to fix a problem that’s been troubling them for some time now.
Flow customers have been complaining about being unable to access internet and digital TV signals as expected and in response, the company issued a brief statement by way of a short notice to media houses.
According to the July 31, 2018 notice from Flow’s Communications specialist terry Finnisterre, “Please be advised that due to damaged infrastructure off island, some Flow internet and digital TV users may experience higher than normal congestion and drops in service.”
The statement continued, “Our engineers are actively seeking to restore service in as short a time as humanly possible, and do apologize to our customers for the temporary interruption.”
The statement ended with a promise that “Further updates will be shared immediately upon receipt.”
There have been no further updates.
