A Demonstration
of Gratitude
The
National Community Foundation (NCF) is a philanthropic,
non-profit organization which functions primarily
as a grant making institution. The organization
supports initiatives that engender the transformation
of the social landscape through programmes in
such areas as health, education and housing.
It
is not often that the institution receives gifts
from the public as evidence of their gratitude
for its assistance. However, Monday, September
3rd, 2012 was a special day. The NCF was the
proud recipient to a donation of an HP DeskJet
2000 printer from Ms Cecilia John and family
of Marisule, Gros-Islet, as a token of their
appreciation for the medical assistance which
they have received from the NCF. |
