Coco Palm receives British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award

COCO Palm is delighted to announce that it has received the British Airways Holidays Customer Service Excellence for 2017. BA Holidays is committed to providing high quality holidays. In 2017 they began working with Reevoo, an independent and impartial third-party company, to collect reviews from their customers.

Reviews are only collected from genuine British Airways Holidays customers. Customers are asked to score hotels based on location, service, cleanliness, and sleep quality, as well as giving an overall quality score. This year they continued with Customer Excellence Awards for their top-reviewed hotels. Of the 12,000+ hotels they work with worldwide they awarded 350 Customer Excellence Awards.

General Manager, Mr Jean St Rose, proudly received the honours on behalf of the Coco Palm team saying, “It is our team work, hard work and dedication which makes me proud to receive such recognition from BAH”. St Rose went on to say, “This means all the more knowing Coco Palm, competing on a global scale, was recognised for their customer service to our valued guests.”

Coco Palm, the 103-room Saint Lucian family owned boutique hotel in Rodney Bay, is in the heart of Rodney Bay Village, Saint Lucia’s entertainment capital.

Ti Bananne Caribbean Bar and Bistro underwent a $3 million-dollar renovation in 2016 and the hotel lobby was fully renovated in December 2017 with local artwork at front desk and a more contemporary style.

A new business centre is being created and the hotel says guest rooms are to undergo a refurbishment ensuring greater guest experience.
