PRESS RELEASE – RESIDENTS of Grace are being introduced to high-speed internet and high-definition TV, as a major technology exercise is underway in that community. The southern locality is being switched onto the Flow HFC (hybrid fiber-coaxial) network, thus bringing up to 100 MBps high-speed broadband and nearly 200 television channels, including HD programming, to the good people of northern Vieux Fort.

In recent weeks, Saint Lucia and the Caribbean’s leading telecommunications service provider has held town hall meetings at the Grace Combined School and the Grace Evangelical Church to sensitise customers and potential customers to the availability of the new service. The response has been positive from the hundreds of households in the area, where Flow continues to do installations.

Earlier this year, the company announced that it would be switching off the former LIME TV service by the end of 2018, moving all customers to a single platform so as to improve service and customer care. Similar exercises will therefore be held in those neighbourhoods where customers cannot presently get access to Flow Digital TV and Flow internet.

Upon migration, customers are issued a FREE set top box, and will be able to enjoy a FREE View of ALL Flow Digital TV programming for one month from the date of migration. For the first two months, the customer will enjoy Flow TV at a discounted price, based on the legacy LIME products to which they are currently subscribed.

Grace residents can arrange applications and installations by calling +(758) 453-9711 for more information.
