According to organizers, this year the focus is on the development of youth netball and as such the tournament will be organized under two categories: Schools and Under-19.

The Club has realized that outside of the inter-schools netball competition there are not many organized youth tournaments, hence the reason to embark on this format.

In each of the two categories, teams will be divided into two groups where they will engage each other in a round robin format and at the conclusion of the round, the top two teams in each group will advance to the semis and then finals, carded for Wednesday, November 2.

The various category groupings are as follows: Schools — Group 1 (Gros Islet, Sir Ira Simmons, Bocage and SJC Egrets Junior), Group 2 (Corinth Secondary, Entrepot Secondary, Castries Comprehensive and Babonneau Secondary); and Under-19 — Group 1 (Shamrock, Unique, and Sir Arthur Lewis Community College) and Group 2 (SJC Egrets Senior, Toughest — TiRocher, Avengers and Northern Arrows).
