OVER the years the company’s postpaid mobile, landline and internet customers have been enjoying reward points on purchases which they can use to purchase mobile handsets, accessories and modems or redeem them for American Airlines AAdvantage® miles and Super J Groceries.

LIME has expanded its Rewards programme and is now offering loyal prepaid mobile customers free service when they top up or become a LIME customer.

The LIME Rewards loyalty programme guarantees rewards for customers on a daily basis, thereby allowing them to benefit each and every day. The rewards include free international calls, a DATA BOGO (Buy One get One FREE) free double bubble minutes and much more.

LIME customers are encouraged to keep their phones close and switched on every day, so they don’t miss their reward. Customers are notified via text messaging and calls from LIME with details of their rewards.

“Customers have been enjoying the new LIME rewards for a while now. This is not a promotion. This is an ‘every day’ initiative for customers, where they get rewarded for their normal transactions. With our BOGO rewards for example, we are aware that some customers who have data phones, do not have the proper configuration on their devices that would allow them to start using data. In addition to rewarding them for their loyalty, we advise them on the process of selecting and activating their plans and how to enjoy the best mobile experience,” said LIME Marketing & Communications Executive, Sharlene Jn. Baptiste.

The enhancement of LIME’s Rewards programme is part of an ongoing drive to go the extra step to delight its customers rather than just selling them services. It is also in keeping with its brand promise to deliver unrivalled services with a strong focus on customer service.
